Dogumentary - Dogs: Their Secret Lives [Video]

What happens when you leave your dog alone? Separation Anxiety researchers would argue that very few dogs, when left alone, just settle into their premises and calm down right away. They are not wrong to the most extent. Since dogs have been shaped and evolved over the course of time to be companions to humans, most dogs cannot imagine their life without human intervention.

The concept of 'separation anxiety' observes fear and panic overriding a dog's sanity when their owner leaves. Even if they have left for a couple of hours, some nervous dogs are likely to feel their owner will never return. The actions in consequence can be as dire as destructive chewing or digging and even excreting indoors.

Let us have a look at this documentary funded by popular British TV channel called 'Channel 4'. In this 'Dogumentary', multiple dogs are observed by a camera that is fitted into their homes while their owners depart as usual. The results will be astonishing at times.
